Speech Therapy Totos is the largest provider of speech therapy services in East and Central Africa. We offer therapy for various speech and language delays including developmental disorders such as, Autism.

We offer client-centred services and empower our families on ways to optimise communication and learning outcomes for their children.

Our therapy services can be accessed from our clinic (Nairobi), or via telehealth (online). In addition, we offer online courses for parents wishing to be more empowered and/or who wish to access additional hands-on support.
