Once you enroll in an online course and payment is completed, access is generally immediate.
Refunds for online courses are only available if you notify us within 24 hours of purchase and have not accessed significant course content.

You may cancel a clinic visit booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled date or a full refund.
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
You will not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You agree not to copy, share, or distribute course materials without our written permission.
